Was the acuity level accurate? Were patients sicker/more complex than stated?

Support Staff

Were the promised support staff (PSWs, clerks, techs) actually present on the unit?

Safety & Security

Was security available? Were there violence incidents? Was the environment safe?

Equipment & Supplies

Were necessary supplies and working equipment available on the unit?

Orientation & Onboarding

Were you properly oriented to the unit? Did you have access to EHR, codes, and protocols?

Management Responsiveness

When issues arose, did management respond promptly and supportively?

Overall Accuracy

Was the shift posting honest and accurate compared to what you experienced?
